Apparently so according to the instruction manual. Look at this lady's face. She looks so content having saline rinse run out of one nostril.
Let me tell you, I did not have the same facial expression as I squirted the saline solution up my nose.
Since I have cold and can't take cold medicine while pregnant, I had no choice but to suffer through a nasal rinse.
oh man that does not look very pleasant.
